Abstract This newspaper publisher investigates deuce antithetical countries, Mexico and Czechoslovakian dead body politic, the cultural similarities and differences mingled with them, as vigorous as quadruple contrasting HRM practices (recruitment and selection, instruction and development, rewards and benefits and performance appraisal) and the differences/similarities of how they argon practiced in the cardinal contrary countries. The aim was to come over if the countries are more or slight similar when it comes to the four HRM practices investigated. Furthermore, the outcomes of the paper show that Mexico and Czech body politic are more similar than different when it comes to the practicing of HRM practices. Moreover, it also shows similarities in Hofstedes cultural dimensions between the countries, and how these dimensions come upon the HRM practices.
